Ms. Chaitrali Gaikwad serves as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Techflux Engineering Solutions. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources along with a Diploma in Labour Laws (DLL), bringing strong academic and practical expertise to her role. As HR Head, she leads the organization’s human resource and administrative functions, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance. She plays a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring policy implementation, and maintaining a compliant and structured work environment. Her leadership contributes to effective workforce management, streamlined administrative operations, and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals, thereby supporting the company’s overall growth and operational excellence.

Quality Head

Mr. Omkar Kakade is serving as the Quality Head at Techflux Engineering Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering (2022) and brings over four years of experience in Quality Assurance, in‑process audits, and internal audits. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications, and implementing robust quality assurance practices across operations. His leadership is instrumental in maintaining product quality, process consistency, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Production Head

Mr. Akshay Mali is serving as Production Head at Techflux Engineering Solutions. He has been associated with the Company since its inception and possesses extensive hands-on experience in production operations.
